If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy first and request a refill.  Upon receipt of the pharmacy refill request, please allow our offices up to 72 business hours for processing your refill request.

Please remember, that some requests will require the benefit of an appointment and evaluation by your healthcare provider prior to providing a prescription.   We also recommend that you contact your pharmacy to confirm your prescription is ready before going to the pharmacy.

Our practice reserves the right to fill or deny your prescription renewal request.  To request a prescription for a new medication, please contact our practice by telephone to set up an appointment with your doctor.
